Asset Management Network Limited (AMN) is a Wellington based company providing national coverage to a range of customers across New Zealand for glass and glazing services. Our initial client was IAG New Zealand Limited, New Zealand’s largest insurance company which trades under the State and NZI Brands. We also have agreements with Crombie Lockwood, Rothbury, GSB Supplycorp and McLarens Young Loss Adjustors.With our sister Company Novus CMS we also provide building glass services to AAI, Tower and Lumley Business Services. Non insurance customers include GSB Supplycorp members and Leading Edge Communications.

Whilst AMN is predominately employed in the glazing sector, our process design is such that the solutions could be rapidly applied to other trade service applications for a variety of customers.

Quality Service
In the glazing business safety and security are key issues for all our clients. As part of our promise of quality, all of our glaziers are contracted to deliver to New Zealand’s Building Code and relevant national Glazing standards (NZS4223). All calls logged are dispatched in a timely fashion using state-of-the-art technology and we provide a 24-hour service, 365 days of the year. Our at hand knowledge means that should any of our glazier network require assistance, they can contact us directly for advice, support or referral.
We undertake regular on site audits to ensure our glaziers are delivering the quality and service we expect.
Nationwide Network
We have 65 glazing companies contracted to deliver services from 69 locations around the country. We are the largest network of building glass glaziers in New Zealand and in most parts of the country can offer choice in glazing company..
We have a strong relationship with our network which is maintained by having clear expectations, easy communication channels and a commitment to top quality service delivery. Together we have developed a Cooperative company to ensure we are buying products and services at competitive prices and therefore are more cst competitive for our customers.
Reliable and State-of-the-Art Technology
We have a number of electronic techniques to communicate with our glaziers which ensures we are all up to date with a particular job. This provides us with options when we need to implement our Business Continuity plan in case of communications, electrical or other failures.
Streamlined Invoicing
AMN provides our clients with a single invoice itemising all jobs completed for the previous period. Our invoice process is easily customisable to facilitate the special needs and requirements of each client. This single invoice process significantly reduces the billing workload for our clients, allowing them to spend more time focused on their core-business activities.
Reporting requirements are determined individually with the client and this information is proving valuable in assisting our clients in determining future pricing structures and identifying areas requiring further education and training.
We also provide a single point of contact for billing and pride ourselves on responding promptly and thoroughly to all enquiries.
One-Stop Service Provider
AMN has developed an end to end flat glass replacement service. With just one contact from our client – whether it is by data or phone – AMN can coordinate the repair with the local supplier, 24 x 7, anywhere within New Zealand.
Often building glass breakages happen after hours and for security reasons repairs can't wait till the next day. All of our glazing companies provide us with an after hours service which has proven to be extremely reliable - even on Christmas Day!
We are committed to delivering top-level customer service every time to ensure complete customer and client satisfaction. In short we provide a single point of contact for all queries and take responsibility from the time the call is logged until the time of billing, allowing our clients more time to spend on their own core business activities.
