AMN has a flat management structure
with four key management positions.
Brent Hayden
Brent is the Chief Executive Officer as well as one of the four shareholders in AMN.
Brent also takes a relationship manager role with
each of AMN’s National clients. He has a background in
telecommunications, business re-engineering and performance improvement
consulting.
In his spare time Brent enjoys riding his trail bike, golf and fishing for (not necessarily catching!) whitebait in the season.
Rex Moller
Rex as General Manager is responsible all of our Financial and Operations activities, Sales and Supplier and functions. He also manages the Shared Services relationship we have with our sister Company Novus CMS.
Rex has a background in Business Modeling and Strategic Planning. In recent years as a Lean Six Sigma Coach Rex has led programmes in NZ Post, ASB, Soverign Insurance and most recently ANZ National Bank.
After hours Rex also enjoys golf, mountain biking, snow skiing, wine and spending time with "his girls" at home.
Matt Kingi
Matt is our Sales and Supplier Network Manager. This role has Matt managing our 65 glazing suppliers around the country while working with potential and existing customers from the Insurance Broking and Property Management sectors.
Matt's background has been in Account Management roles as well as some time in the motor vehicle Industry in Auckland and Wellington.When not in the office or traveling the country Matt likes to keep himself fit, snow skiing and enjoying the Kapiti Coast where he lives with his family.
Mark Foster
Mark as Operations Manager oversees the day to day activity ensuring that the glazing jobs we are responsible for happen on time and with no issues. The Operations team have the most contact with customers and suppliers so our reputation and results have a lot to do with how well they are performing.
Mark is the Central League coach with the Petone Football Club which takes up a lot of his after hours time. We and his family wonder if in fact there is an off season any more!
