| Because you can be confident your glazing requirements have not gone in to a black hole. Our people will monitor and manage the stages of the job right through to payment. If you have a query there is only one place you need to contact and the answer will be at hand. |

| How do I log a job with AMN? |
Each job management process is customised to suit
the client, therefore the job logging procedures differ accordingly.
The four main ways a job can be logged with AMN is via phone, email
, our website (through a personal client login) or secure electronic data file transfer.

| What happens if I need service after normal business
hours? |
| AMN is a 24-hour operation and we can provide service
to you any time of the day, 365 days of the year. After hours glass breakages are unfortunately very common and we deal with them quickly and regularly. |

| How do I get someone out to fix my broken window? |

| Why is there such a marked difference in price
between quotes? |
| As with any industry, price is often an easy differentiator.
However, be careful that whoever is quoting is abiding by all of the relevant New
Zealand Safety Standards. Safety glass is more expensive than standard
(annealed) glass, but is a requirement in an increasing number of
situations in commercial and residential buildings. We stand behind all of our glaziers and will always ensure the right products are used. |

| AMN and each of our glazing companies are all members of the Glass Association of New Zealand (GANZ). This Industry Association is at the forefront of developing glazing standards and we are always heavily involved in that as Executive Members. This also provides us with an independent complaints or consulting process should we require technical advice on a situation. |

| We have the benefit of managing the full range of
re-glazing activities across the country. This enables us to understand
the variations in pricing that genuinely occur in different parts
of the country. We also regularly audit our glaziers to ensure they
are affecting repairs to the correct standards, and the glass is
the same as is invoiced. |
